Dallin Road is an interior refurbishment and extension project designed for a growing family seeking more communal space. The project reconfigures and extends the existing kitchen, creating a larger, more functional area for cooking, dining, and spending time together.

Achieved on an economical budget, the design emphasises the everyday practicality of a shared domestic space. A quarry-tiled floor adds colour through natural materials, while a new sliding and folding door system enhances the connection to the garden and provides extensive views.

Externally, the new extension creates a well-proportioned brick facade that complements the existing character of the house. The patio, designed with a similar material language, extends the interior space, allowing the home and garden to function as one continuous area during warmer weather.
